Dear Friends and Business Associates,

After 25 plus years in retail and 20 plus years in recruiting I am finally hanging up my retail hat and picking up my fishing pole.

I have met and worked with the most amazing people throughout my retail years; people who influenced the industry significantly – Harry Cunningham at K-Mart, Leslie Wexner at the Limited, to name a couple. And a thousand-other people who executed the dream of these leaders through their dedication and resourcefulness. I attribute any success I might have had in the retail industry to the people who worked with me, and when I moved on to recruiting, I carried this guiding principle with me.

As a recruiter, My team and I were instrumental in placing over 1000 candidates in various positions throughout the country and hopefully was able to help them to move their careers forward. I take great personal satisfaction in having a small part in their success.

I am relinquishing the reins at Just Retail Services, Inc to my partner and close friend, James Fitch.
